It is our goal to provide people of all ages and fitness levels with effective, encouraging and fun fitness options. Roanoke Island Fitness Lab (R.I.F.L.) is based on the concept of “functional fitness”. We have created a robust schedule of group fitness classes designed specifically to increase your overall function, mobility, strength and cardiovascular fitness.
